We’ll close with grounding, reflection, and time to share any intuitive insights that come through.

For in-person sessions:

• I recommend wearing soft, comfortable clothing. You’ll remain fully clothed during the session, lying on a heated massage table with a blanket if you’d like.

• It’s best to avoid heavy meals at least one hour before your session so your body can relax fully.

• Arrive with an open mind! You don’t need to “do” anything during your session - just be open and let yourself receive.

For virtual sessions:

• I recommend wearing soft, comfortable clothing.

• Find a quiet, cozy space where you can fully relax without interruptions.

• Be prepared to choose a seated or lying-down position - whatever feels more comfortable.

• Feel free to use a blanket, eye pillow, or light a candle - anything that may help you relax and settle in.
