Reiki Sessions
I offer personalized Reiki healing sessions both virtually and in-person in Wayzata, MN. Sessions are designed to support your nervous system, clear energetic blockages, and guide you back to balance. Whether you're brand new to energy healing or seeking ongoing mind-body support, each session is tailored to what you need in the moment.
60-Minute Initial Energy Healing Session
For New Clients - $100
Your first session is a gentle introduction to Reiki healing to create a strong foundation for your holistic healing journey. We’ll begin with intake and intention-setting, explore what brings you in, and answer any questions you have. You’ll receive a full-body Reiki treatment (hands-on or hands-above, based on your preference), with the option to include gentle sound healing, calming aromatherapy, and intuitively chosen crystals. We’ll close with grounding, reflection, and any intuitive insights that arise.
60-Minute Follow-up Energy Healing Session
For Returning Clients - $100
These Reiki sessions are designed for ongoing support and integration—ideal for emotional energy release, chakra balancing, or simply staying grounded. We’ll begin with a brief check-in and intention-setting, followed by a full-body Reiki treatment (hands-on or hands-above). Optional sound, aromatherapy, and crystals may be included to deepen your experience. We’ll finish with grounding and intuitive reflection to help you carry your session’s benefits forward.
Reiki for Kids - $45
Scheduled for 30 minutes
Children are often naturally connected to their intuition and energy - they tend to receive Reiki easily and usually require less time to experience its calming effects.

Each child's session is entirely child-led, allowing the experience to unfold at their own pace and comfort level. Lying still or being quiet isn't required - some kiddos prefer to move, talk, or ask questions during their session, and that's perfectly normal (and welcome!). Parents are welcome to stay in the room with us, or nearby with the door open. ​
