1-on-1 Energy Healing Sessions
I offer personalized energy healing sessions both virtually and in-person in Wayzata, MN. Sessions are designed to support your nervous system, clear energetic blockages, and guide you back to balance. Whether you're brand new to energy healing or seeking ongoing mind-body support, each session is tailored to what you need in the moment.

It is common for intuitive impressions, themes, or messages to arise during our time together. These insights are always shared gently and in service of your highest good. Many clients find that sessions with me feel like both energy work and subtle energetic coaching. As patterns surface, we may explore supportive shifts, practical suggestions, or mindset adjustments that help you integrate what's been revealed.
60-Minute Initial Session
For New Clients - $100
Your first session is a gentle introduction to Reiki healing and energy work to create a strong foundation for your holistic healing journey. We’ll begin with intake and intention-setting, explore what brings you in, and answer any questions you have. You’ll receive a full-body Reiki treatment (hands-on or hands-above, based on your preference), with the option to include gentle sound healing, calming aromatherapy, and intuitively chosen crystals. We’ll close with grounding and reflection, and will discuss any intuitive insights that arose.

Initial sessions are offered in-person in Wayzata, or you may choose to have a virtual session from the comfort of your own home, or anywhere in the world.
60-Minute Follow-up Session
For Returning Clients - $100
3-session Package - $270 (10% savings!)
6-session Package - $510 (15% savings!)
These healing sessions are designed for ongoing support and integration—ideal for emotional energy release, chakra balancing, or simply staying grounded. We’ll begin with a brief check-in and intention-setting, followed by a full-body Reiki treatment (hands-on or hands-above). Optional sound, aromatherapy, and crystals may be included to deepen your experience. We’ll finish with grounding and intuitive reflection to help you carry your session’s benefits forward.

Follow-up sessions are offered in-person in Wayzata, or you may choose to have a virtual session from the comfort of your own home, or anywhere in the world.
30-Minute Session for Babies & Children
30 minutes - $45
Children are often naturally connected to their intuition and energy - they tend to receive Reiki and energy healing easily and usually require less time to experience its calming effects.

Each child's session is entirely child-led, allowing the experience to unfold at their own pace and comfort level. Lying still or being quiet isn't required - some kiddos prefer to move, talk, or ask questions during their session, and that's perfectly normal (and welcome!).

Sessions for children & babies can be conducted in-person at my office in Wayzata, MN, or virtually from the comfort of your home or anywhere in the world.

Reiki Training
I offer comprehensive Reiki training for all levels of Usui Reiki through personalized one-on-one intensives and in intimate small groups.

Whether you're drawn to Reiki for personal growth or to support others, I offer Reiki training for those ready to begin or advance their healing journey. Training includes instruction, hands-on practice, discussion, and guidance for integrating Reiki into your everyday life.
