I offer personalized energy healing sessions both virtually from anywhere in the world, and in-person in Wayzata, MN. Sessions are designed to support your nervous system, clear energetic blockages, and guide you back to balance.
60-Minute Energy Healing Session
1 session - $120
3 sessions - $325 (10% savings!)
Energy healing sessions are designed to support you wherever you are in your healing journey.
We'll begin with a brief check-in and set intentions, creating space to explore what's coming up for you and what you're hoping to receive from the session. You'll then settle in for a full-body energy healing treatment (hands-on or hands-above, based on your preference). In-person sessions may include gentle sound healing (tuning forks, chimes), calming aromatherapy, and intuitively selected crystals to deepen your experience.
90-Minute Extended Energy Healing & Energetic Coaching Session
1 session - $180
3-sessions - $480 (10% savings!)
Extended sessions offer a deeper, more spacious experience, blending energy healing with intuitive coaching and meaningful integration. This session is also ideal for those moving through life transitions, emotional patterns, or wanting to go deeper into self-awareness, alignment, and energetic balance.
With the additional time of an extended session, we can have a more in-depth conversation about what you're navigating, the intuitive insights that arose during the session, and connect them to meaningful next steps for you. This session offers extended guidance, opportunities for perspective shifts, and supportive practices tailored to you.
30-Minute Session for Babies & Children (0-15)
30 minutes - $65
Children are often naturally connected to their intuition and energy - they tend to receive Reiki and energy healing easily and usually require less time to experience its calming effects.
Each child's session is entirely child-led, allowing the experience to unfold at their own pace and comfort level. Lying still or being quiet isn't required - some kiddos prefer to move, talk, or ask questions during their session, and that's perfectly normal (and welcome!).
We will connect before your child's session to determine the best format for you and your child (in-person, virtual, timing, etc.)

Reiki Training
I offer comprehensive Reiki training for all levels of Usui Reiki through personalized one-on-one intensives and in intimate small groups.
Whether you're drawn to Reiki for personal growth or to support others, I offer Reiki training for those ready to begin or advance their healing journey. Training includes instruction, hands-on practice, discussion, and guidance for integrating Reiki into your everyday life.
