Twin Cities Reiki Share
A Monthly Reiki Practice Group in Minneapolis
A safe, supportive place for anyone trained in Reiki Level 1 or higher (any lineage, any experience level) to practice Reiki and receive from other local practitioners.
Once a month, Reiki practitioners from around the Twin Cities gather to give and receive Reiki in a relaxed, judgment-free space.
Whether you use Reiki every day or haven't practiced since your Level 1 training, you are welcome here. Every share so far has been a special, powerful, and cup-filling gathering.

Space is limited to ensure we have time for everyone to receive. Registration is $20 and covers the cost of space rental and supports future community gatherings.
What is a Reiki Share?
A Reiki Share is a gathering where trained Reiki practitioners take turns giving and receiving Reiki. It's not a class and there's no performance pressure. It's simply a time to practice, rest on the table (or chair) yourself, and be around people who "get it."
A lot of us finish Reiki training and then practice mostly on ourselves, or not at all. A Share gives you real hands-on practice, a chance to receive (when was the last time someone gave you Reiki?), and a local community to learn alongside.
How a Share Flows

Arrive and settle in. Grab a spot, prepare some tea, and say hello.

Ground together. We open with a short grounding or clearing to arrive as a group.

Give and receive. Practitioners rotate between tables, so everyone gets time to share Reiki and time to receive.

Close and connect. We end by sharing what came up, asking questions, and swapping ideas.

I'm a Reiki Master, intuitive energy healing practitioner, and founder of Clearly Connected Healing. I started the Twin Cities Reiki Share because I wanted the kind of space I wished I'd had after my own training: somewhere to keep practicing, receive, and feel less alone in this work.
Reiki Share FAQs
Do I need to be certified in Reiki to participate?
No. All you need is to have completed at least Reiki Level 1 (sometimes called First Degree) to participate. Every lineage is welcome!
How much does it cost to attend?
Each share is $20 to attend. Space is limited, so registering ahead saves your spot and helps me determine how many tables and chairs to set up for us.
What should I bring or wear?
Wear comfortable clothes you can relax in, and I recommend layers. Feel free to bring any tools you like to use when giving Reiki, such as crystals, a pendulum, or cleansing spray. Bring business cards or any networking materials you'd like to share, if you have them!
I haven't practiced in a long time. Can I still come?
Absolutely. Many people come to shares precisely because they want to get back into practice. There's no skill test and there's no pressure (and... you still have your Reiki abilities, no matter how long it's been!)
I haven't taken Reiki training yet. Can I join?
