About Jessie Rudi
PhD, Reiki Master
I’m Jessie, a Reiki Master based in Wayzata, Minnesota, and the founder of Clearly Connected Healing. For most of my life, I chased gold stars. I was the people-pleasing straight-A student who also happened to be silently (and sometimes, not-so-silently) struggling with ADHD and anxiety. Hustle came naturally. I became fluent in over-achieving - eventually earning a PhD in Family Science, diving deep into research, teaching, statistics, writing, and mentoring with everything I had.

Somewhere along the way, I lost my connection to myself. Everyone else’s needs were more important than my own. I felt burnt out, stuck, and lost.
​
Then Reiki found me.
During the first Reiki healing session I ever received, I felt something I hadn’t in years, or maybe ever - the quiet, grounded feeling of being in only my own energy. I finally gave myself permission to relax and receive, without having to earn it. Allowing myself to slow down and experience loving, universal life force energy launched me into a journey of healing, remembering, and reconnecting.

Now, through Clearly Connected Healing, I support others in finding their way back to themselves, too.

Reiki has helped me become more present - with my children, in my relationships, and in my own body. Reiki reminds me that even when life feels like chaos, there is always a steady, grounded, and accessible place within.

I offer Reiki because I believe everyone is capable and deserving of feeling peace. My sessions are heart-centered and intuitive, grounded in both training and personal experience, and always focused on supporting my clients' highest and best good.

I see my role as a guide to support people as they tune back into themselves and the wisdom that inherently resides within them.

It's my joy to share Reiki with others and create a safe space for rest, renewal, and transformation.
